Locke & Key is a supernatural horror drama. Carlton Cuse, Meredith Averill, and Aaron Eli Coleite are the developers of the series. The story brought up by Locke & Key is based on the comic-book series of the same name by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez. After the murder of Rendell Locke by one of his former students, his family moves to Massachusetts. Nina, along with three children, Tyler, Kinsey, and Bode, starts living in Rendell’s family home named Keyhouse. As the name of the house itself suggests, it was full of magical keys. We see Nina’s children discovering the keys in the house.

Locke & Key Season 2: Thanksgiving On Set
Many TV shows and series took a week off from the release because of the Thanksgiving week. But, Locke & Key Season 2’s cast and crew members did not take a single off in between. They worked continuously, even on Thanksgiving, and celebrated it with their work-mates. Darby Stanchfield shared her experience and says, “This Thanksgiving, I’m on set with my Locke & Key family…we continue to shoot and work safely.”
Everyone is going through a hard time in the middle of this pandemic. But, everyone has to cope up with it either by working or by staying at home. However, the cast and crew of Locke & Key choose to do the first one. We are thankful to see them working so hard in order to entertain us in a better and efficient way.
Showrunner Reveals The Impending Fate
Meredith Averill shared the second season’s details in an interview with iO9. With the discovery of more keys, kids will grow both physically and with the power of magic as well. The situation and enemies will further grow deeper and darker.
Meredith also spoke about the responsibility which the children will have to take in the coming season. They have been introduced in season one as the keeper of the keys and power, but in the second one, we will see the repercussion of keeping the keys. Now, the children will have the responsibility to handle what they have got. Averill says, “Locke kids are going to be dealing with the things far heavier than the death of their father in Season two.”
Locke & Key Season 2: Release Date
