On the other hand, Mariner is not happy with the fact that Boimler accepted the promotion to USS titan. Boimler left without saying goodbye, and it made Mariner even angrier.
Later, Mariner’s relationship with her mother, Captain Freeman, started to get better. However, it didn’t take for the two of them to become their older selves. This time the reason for their dispute is Mariner’s annoying behavior. It created conflict with not only her mother but with the entire USS crew. Later, Ransom became normal and came to his usual self before everyone leaves the planet.
