In the previous episode, Whetlet turned off the power of the whole city. He demanded a flight to the Caribbean and a meeting with Elliot Stabler. Although, the Task Force and the cops tried to find access to the powerplant. They also planned to arrest Wheatley without causing any more chaos.
Elsewhere, McClane assisted Jet and Malachi to activate an outdated backup plant to restore Ney York City’s power. Meanwhile, Wheatley made Elliot admit on livestream that he shot ten citizens on duty and other confessi ons to his inhuman crimes. Wheatley also tried Stabler to admit that he lied about Wheatley killing Kathy. However, Elliot refused to do so. Till then, Jet and Malachi managed to successfully restore the power of Ney York City.
Further, Wheatley managed to make it to the airport. Angela drove the car after revealing that he had kidnapped Elliot’s mother. The cops tailed Wheatley’s car after the Task Force managed to locate Bernadette. Angela knew they were not going to make it. So, she steered the car off the cliff and into the river. Angela’s body was located while Wheatley was nowhere to be found in Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 14.
