In the previous episode, a Navy photographer named Andrea Bishop was killed by an intruder. Kensi and Deeks found out that her computer and equipment were missing from Andrea’s apartment. Moreover, Andrea’s recent assignment was taking pictures of an under-construction weapons facility.

Meanwhile, in NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 15, Rountree and his sister were arrested by a bunch of racial white cops. They were eventually released after Kilbride discovered that Rountree was missing. Rountree and his sister were arrested following a robbery in the area. Further, Sam and Callen located the skaters Andrea took pictures of. They recovered a flash drive that had footage of people stealing weapons from the facility.


The van in the footage belonged to a man named Jake Hanson. Deeks and Kendi brought Hanson in for questioning. He confessed that he was just a driver for the man stealing the equipment. Hanson gave up the location of a non-operation weapons facility which was being used as a storage station for stolen weapons.

Further, the team discovered that Lt. Daniel Walsh was involved in the theft with Hanson. Andrea reported the whole incident to Walsh and got killed. Moreover, Walsh tried to sell a robotic ghost dog to Rountree. He tried to escape, and Fatima guided Routree through surveillance. Rountree eventually convinced Walsh to surrender after he tried to use a woman as a shield. Elsewhere, Sam revealed to Rountree that he had also been a victim of racial discrimination. Rountree decided to fight for a change at the end of NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 15.
