He has now taken the official step and filed for divorce at the Adams County Court.

In her divorce petition, Leida asked for $7,000 per month in spousal support and maintenance. She requested that the payments begin in September 2025. Leida also stated that Eric should permanently give up his right to receive maintenance. Once he gives up maintenance this time, he should no longer be allowed to request it in the future.
Furthermore, Leida listed that she would receive most of the household items, including furniture and electronics. She will also get to keep the Audi A6. Eric, on the other hand, will retain the Chevy Suburban and the 2022 Corvette. Leida also demanded to be named the sole owner of All People LLC. She outlined several terms for asset division, but Eric has not yet agreed to any of them.

Leida and Eric went through a lot in the past couple of months. Their five-month-old daughter, Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, passed away after fighting for her life for five days in the ICU. During this time, authorities arrested Eric in prison due to domestic violence charges. The couple had several issues, but this tragedy truly became their breaking point. Soon after, Eric announced on Facebook that he and Leida were separating. Now, Leida has taken the next step and filed for legal separation in the Adams County Court on Monday, July 28.
Leida submitted several filings along with the separation suit. She filed a petition for legal separation and included a petition for a marital settlement. The 90 Day Fiance alum also requested the court to seal or redact a court record. However, the judge denied her motion to seal and redact the court record on the same day.
In the recent legal separation petition, Leida claimed that the marriage is broken. She stated that she is requesting a legal separation to coordinate a retail agreement, discuss spousal support, and divide their assets. She also highlighted the abusive pattern, both mental and physical, in their relationship and asked the court to grant spousal maintenance.
However, since this was not a joint filing, Eric has not agreed to the terms yet. Leida signed the agreement on the 8th, and their daughter passed away on the 9th. She also claimed that the relationship involved a lot of physical and verbal abuse, and she no longer wants to continue.
