RHOBH: Phypers Claims To Have Evidence Of Richards’ Alleged Affair
Aaron Phypers, the estranged husband of RHOBH alum Denise Richards, recently gave an interview. In it, he claimed that Richards had been unfaithful to him. Aaron told the interviewer that she had been flirting with other men behind his back. He insisted he had evidence to prove it.
According to Aaron, he possesses text messages and selfies that allegedly confirm Richards’s affair and her attempts to conceal it. These allegations surfaced shortly after Denise filed for a restraining order against Aaron, accusing him of domestic abuse. Denise has firmly denied Aaron’s claims, and her legal team argues that his actions amount to further harassment and abuse.
RHOBH’s Denise Richards Accuses Phypers Of Criminal Act Of Leaking Explicit Images
In her current filing, RHOBH alum Denise Richards has accused Aaron of “repeatedly violating” the restraining order. She stated that he did so by “disseminating private information” from her laptop, which also included nude pictures. She said there was “a picture of me with my breast completely exposed and another picture of my buttocks. Another picture in the article is a picture of my phone being held by Aaron’s hand with my private text messages.”

Denise Richards’s attorney informed her that the court held the hearing without notifying Phypers to prevent any possible loss or destruction of evidence. As per the filing, she claimed that on July 25, Aaron shared compromising images and text exchanges leaked to the press. She said in her motion, “Aaron accessing my private information and disseminating it is not only abuse and a violation of the TRO, but the dissemination of nude photographs is a criminal act.”
As expected, Aaron has rejected the allegations. “I deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones,” he told People. He said Denise made these allegations to damage his reputation. He also claimed that someone snatched his phone and later destroyed it.
The court hasn’t issued any ruling on Denise’s emergency filing. The case will return to court on August 8 to determine the next steps. The accusations have left fans divided online. A fan tweeted, “Every season of RHOBH has drama, but this is on a whole new level. I really hope the court steps in quickly.” Hence, it seems that the tables are about to turn! What do you think?
