The new teaser revealed the first look of new characters from the upcoming season of Fear The Walking Dead. They are all set to join the survival quest in Fear The Walking Dead Season 6. It’s surprising to know that Virginia has a little sister who will play a huge role in the next chapter. Meanwhile, you will be amazed to know who will play Dakota’s character. The last season saw Morgan Jones and his survivor group heading ahead in their mission. However, in the end, when Morgan was shot dead, it blew everyone’s mind. Now, it seems things are getting darker in the next chapter.

   

Fear The Walking Dead, created by Dave Erickson and Robert Kirkman, is a horror drama series on AMC. The series is set in Los Angeles and later in Mexico. It follows a dysfunctional family where some people joined the group aftermath of the zombie apocalypse. Everyone tries to survive from the zombies walking in every corner. They are also struggling to re-establish the human societies that are destroyed after the devastation.

The new-look revealed some new characters. We will see Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark star Zoe Colletti joining Walking Dead Universe as Dakota. Dakota is carrying out a whole different side of Virginia (Colby Minifie). She is the one who is responsible the most for Morgan’s (Lennie James) and his group of survivors separation.

However, now the one-fourth of the survivor group reached to Virginia and her Pioneers’ group. So, will Dakota acts as a foe or friend to them? Further, the audience will see Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alicia Clark, Rubén Blades as Daniel Salazar, and Jenna Elfman as June would serve as the Pioneers group in the next season. Along with them, Garret Dillahunt, as John Dorie and Colman Domingo as deputized Victor Strand, would help Virginia in her mission.

Scott Gimple Hinted Dakota’s Story Arc

The chief content officer and the executive producer of The Walking Dead Universe, Scott Gimple shared some new members’ story arc. Scott added that some new characters will play a massive role in the upcoming season. And these characters have opened up the new world as many untold stories would follow-up in the next season. Further, Scott teased Zoe’s role would turn as shocking for Virginia. Since in the next season, Virginia’s little sister Dakota would be introduced.

Scott continued that Virginia’s whole different side would be seen in the next season. It would depict the vulnerabilities and entirely different or maybe the soft side of her. Further, Scott added that he knew Colleti, and she is an amazing actor. And watching the duo (Colleti and Colby) together is scary and fun to watch.

People Will Change In The Next Season

In the upcoming ‘dark’ sixth season, Morgan’s survivors’ group get separated, and one fragment of the group land in Pioneer-controlled settlements. However, things would turn darker as many characters would go in transition as their whole new different look would appear in the next season. The upcoming season would greatly impact their life and would trigger their vulnerability.

It Will Be More Anthological

The executive producer, Scott, confirmed that the upcoming season would follow a more anthological style. Since it would depict every single character’s story arc. It would depict their struggles and how things changed after separating from the group and Morgan. It would also follow how Virginia’s Pioneer group influenced Morgan’s survivor group. Also how deeply it hurt their self-esteem as it would profoundly and greatly impact all the characters. So, it would be fascinating to watch how they behave in the next season.

Well, you don’t have to wait a lot to watch your favorite zombie apocalypse drama. Fear The Walking Dead Season 6 is set to air on Sunday, October 11, only on AMC.
