Following the nature of the series, the first episode of The Righteous Gemstones Season 2 is titled ‘I Speak in the Tongues of Men and Angels’. In the premiere episode, Jesse will come back from his trip to Haiti. And he is ready to continue doing ‘God’s work’. He is looking to try his luck in a business venture. And the preacher from the west coast, Lyle Lissons, and his wife will be with him in his business. The two are also looking to do business with Jesse. So, they will try to persuade Jesse to invest big money in their Christian resort, Zion’s Landing.
On the other hand, a preacher will be on the receiving end of a fiery media outrage. Naturally, this is a massive problem for the entire community of Televangelists. Meanwhile, Simu Eli has had quite a journey since the start of the show.
After enlightenment in the finale of the first season, Eli will reconnect with Junior, a vague figure related to Eli’s past. In the episode, viewers may learn that Junior is actually Eli’s brother making him an uncle to Judy and others. The beginning of the season will pave the way for a lot of madness to come in later in the season.
