The twentieth episode of The Curse Of Oak Island Season 9 is titled “The Hedden Truth.” After discovering a large trace of ferrous metals around Frog Island, the team’s suspicions about a possible shipwreck will get stronger after discovering some important evidence. They will continue to dig at the DH82 shaft in order to find something important. In the previous episode, the Lagina Brothers shifted their focus from the Money Pit to the sea bed along the island’s northern shoreline. They were looking to find an ancient shipwreck. Moreover, Gary Drayton and Marty worked with a metal detector around the unexplored Lot 8. Expert diver Tony Sampson and the CSR teamed up with the crew to explore the sea. They decided to drag the magnetometer at the back of Tony’s boat in order to find some ferrous metals in the sea bed.

After 90 feet, Rick and Gary uncovered the remains of a suspected cribbing spike, a pickax head, and lots of wood. However, the team needs to buck up with the winter approaching.
