The third season will follow a time jump. It will pick six months after the second season finale. The highly-regarded Judge Lola Carmichael will feel pressure while she awaits the election results. She will prepare to push the boundaries of the courtroom. So they can peacefully work on justice. Meanwhile, Luke finds it difficult to deal with his new position. Lola will deal with a new case, and Mark will face some issues in making a difficult decision. As for Vanessa “Ness” Johnson, she will file a lawsuit against Amy’s firm.

In the second season finale, Judge Lola Carmichael was ready for reelection. She had all the support she wanted, but it was worst for her husband as he didn’t do an undercover job. She wanted to support him and let him go. So he was leaving for a month for his undercover job. Unfortunately, he had to leave his wife while facing the biggest trial of her career. But she faced three challengers for the seat one was Martin Moore. He was also running for Mayor. He was the father of the defendant and didn’t want his trial to be used against him.
But things didn’t work out as per his plan. Alex and his friend Jack were charged with murder. Moore was afraid of the media’s attention and didn’t want to lose the election. So he hired Amy and Rachel for the job. Rachel made a deal with Mark, and he agreed to the jail time in exchange for testifying against Jack. But Amy had no clue about this. So Alex gave false testimony that he killed Russell Thomas. He had footage where he was holding a knife. Mark dismissed the plea deal and charged Alex just as he did with Jack.

All Rise Season 3 Episode 1 will air on June 7, 2022, at 8/7c. But from now on, the show will shift to a new house, OWN. The all-new episodes will follow a weekly release pattern airing every Tuesday night.
