Curtain Call Ep 8: What Will Happen Next?
Last we saw, the real Moon-Seong comes closer to meet his grandmother. He is on his way to reach South Korea. Now Mr. Jeong has to prepare for the impending threat. The trio Mr. Jeong, Yoon-hee, and Jae-heon feel guilty as they fooled the grandmother who is close to her deathbed. That will make things tougher for Jae-heon to keep acting like her grandchild. Many people in Nakhon know about Jae-heon, which will create an issue for him. So, Mr. Jeong needs to map a plan which can help Jae-heon.
Meanwhile, Moon-Seong wants to inform his grandmother about his father’s death. It’s crucial for him to reveal everything. But convincing Chairwoman Ja wouldn’t be that easy. She will refuse to accept Moon-Seong as she believes Jae-heon is her real grandchild. But Moon-Seong will come up with evidence. But before he can reach her grandmother, Mr. Jeong will find him and make him hostage so he can’t create a mess in their life.

In the previous episode, Jae-hoon lied while trying to act. He had convulsions. He understood he needed to avoid the crowd and wondered about Yoon-hee and his anxious state. However, Jae-hoon got busted when Chairwoman Ja’s doctor checked him. So Mr. Jeong tried to have a word with the doctor. After speaking to Mr. Jeong, the doctor fabricated a story to save Jae-hoon. After greeting their guests, Chairwoman Ja revealed that she only had three months remaining to live, shocking everyone. But she asked them to send her off with a smile. Chairwoman Ja noticed Se-jun invited only business partners while Se-gyu’s invited childhood friends.
Se-Yeon invited Hyo-jin, who was revealed to marry her. However, Jae-heon had a hard time acting like Moon-Seong. After the event, Yoon-hee and Jae-heon voiced their intentions to stop acting. However, Mr. Jeong wanted to sort things up. He also told them that he would take responsibility if things went north. Jae-heon later decided to make the chairwoman laugh in her remaining days. They organized a surprise for her. After then, Chairwoman Ja revealed that another inheritor was included in it. Meanwhile, the real Moon-Seong tried his best to prove his identity.

Unfortunately, fans won’t be glad to learn that Curtain Call Ep 8 won’t return this Monday. Recently, the KBS2 team confirmed on Twitter that due to the upcoming 2022 FIFA Cup coverage, the new episode wouldn’t return on Monday.
