The upcoming episode, “Pancake Sunday And Textbook Flirting,” will focus on Mary’s struggles to make new friends. She decides to spend a happy time with her family on Sunday. She makes some pancakes for them and thinks they will spend their Sunday together. However, George Sr. tells her that he will see Wendy and pick something on the way. When Mary heads to see Missy, she tells her that it won’t work as she’s planning to spend time on a roller coaster ride, and if she eats pancakes, it will end up in a mess.
A similar thing happens with Sheldon, who doesn’t like the concept of eating pancakes on Sunday. So Mary decides to see her mother and have some family time with her. But she remains surprised when a man opens the door. Meemaw tells her about her plan. Mary tries to become a third wheel, but things don’t go as planned. Meanwhile, a young woman tries to flirt with Georgie. So Mandy pus hes him to go and date another woman. But Georgie refuses this. Although they aren’t a couple anymore, he still cares for her and his baby.

The previous episode started with Sheldon taking control of his database project, and he was looking for some investors. However, all his meetings ended up in a laughing medium as the investors mocked his age. So Sheldon asked Missy’s assistant to contact the investor as Sheldon’s assistant, who speaks an English accent. Sheldon tried to talk in a manly voice to crack the deal. But his mom created a mess. In the middle of a serious conversation, she started calling him a baby boy, making problems for him.
Meanwhile, George returned to the university to train the football players, and the team trained tirelessly. But George Sr. seemed uncomfortable when the Pastor appeared there. Before Pastor’s arrival, George told his team that their reputation was at stake and they needed to perform well. But Pastor arrived to boost their confidence and the section on the game. However, Pastor Rob received the credit, enraging George. Soon George had a word with Pastor Rob and told him that his efforts helped the team to win the game, not his prayer, creating problems in their life. As for Missy, she went to see Meemaw and asked her for help.
