The upcoming episode, “Teen Angst And A Smart-Boy Walk Of Shame,” focuses on the Coopers’ new challenges. Mandy and Georgie’s relationship takes an unexpected turn after the birth of baby Constance. Mandy returns to Meemaw’s place with her baby, and Georgie gives her a ride home. However, they don’t seem on the same page, as Georgie still struggles to accept fatherhood. Meanwhile, Missy is upset and feels left out after her parents forget to pick her up from school. In fact, she is bothered by her dad’s growing closeness with Brenda.
Sheldon’s New Experiment
After his database turns into a failure, he decides to have a word with George Sr. Well, Sheldon had been rooting for his big project and thought everything would go perfectly. But it never happened. So he decides to move on and work on himself. He visits Mandy and approaches her to let him use her baby as an experiment. Surprisingly, his technique to stop baby Constance from crying works, leaving Mandy surprised. However, it pisses him off, and as soon as he leaves, baby Constance starts crying. Now Mandy needs his help as his frustration experiment works.
Mary Isn’t On Her Bed
Mary and George Sr. have been fighting since the beginning of the fifth season. In the Big Bang Theory, Sheldon accepted that he caught his father sleeping with someone else. Soon the prequel will play it off. George is getting closer to Brenda, creating problems in his married life. It is clearly seen in the teaser where Mary moves to Meemaw’s place and joins her in bed. Meemaw questions her why she’s not in her bed. But Mary doesn’t want to answer it. It hints that their marriage is about to fall apart as both seem to hide something from each other.

As for George Jr. and Mandy, they debated their soon-to-be-born daughter. They agreed on the name Alice but argued over her surname. However, the lighthearted argument ended as Mandy thanked George for his help. Elsewhere, Brenda visited Mary and asked for her check. Mary tried to learn about Brenda’s mystery man, but she told Mary to stay away. Pastor Rob soon called Mary and asked her to join him for lunch, and she accepted. However, Brenda questioned their relationship, and Mary shut her down.
Meanwhile, Mandy called the Cooper house when her water broke. But Sheldon picked up the call and informed her that nobody was home. Upon learning her condition, Sheldon went to Meemaw’s house. He tried to help, but his quirky behavior made things worst. So he sought Brenda’s help. At Pastor Rob’s house, he asked Mary whether he should relocate as he got a new job at a more prominent congregation. Mary advised him to believe in himself. As for Mandy, she tried to contact the Coopers from the hospital but couldn’t reach them. Soon George Sr. was rushed to the hospital after receiving the message. But it led to a series of complications before she gave birth to her child.
