The previous episode began with Princess, King’s sister, sharing her desire to be an adventurer. Goblin Slayer and his party then dropped Sword Maiden to the temple and headed to their separate path. However, Dwarf Shaman sensed that the former was a trouble. He then admitted feeling guilty for not killing goblins and only having fun. Lizard Priest stated that a break is required to achieve a goal, as nobody could reach it without enjoying themselves. The Priestess and High Elf Archer visited a bathhouse and met the Princess, who tried to hide her identity there.

But the former remained shocked after discovering her stolen items. Goblin Slayer also sympathized with her loss. This was because he also lost his father’s knife, which he was supposed to have inherited. As for Sword Maiden, she reported the sinister attempt to the King. However, the King was already preoccupied as he had other issues to deal with. A meteor had struck the Holy Mount, where monsters dwell. It was later revealed that the Princess had stolen the Priestess’s equipment, and she foolishly wore them, believing it would protect her from the monsters.
