While things turn south, Baek-du will focus on his lady love. He wants to be with her. However, the latter has some other plans.
Meanwhile, Mi-ran has already heard about Beak-du and Du-sik’s kiss. Now, she is curious to learn more about them. So, her involvement will create problems for Baek-du. A Quick Recap!
The sixth episode traveled back in time, showing a flashback of a young Du-sik with his friends. The little girl with whom she was playing around then was Mi-ran. She dreamt of becoming a cafe owner where she could sell cookies. Back to the present, Du-sik met Mi-ran and asked about Choi Chil-seong. But she refused to accept that they were connected in the past. As for the backstory, Choi Chil-Seong was involved with match-fixing. The episode then focused on Baek-du’s second round of matchmaking. But he didn’t continue as he could not match because Du-sik was nowhere to be found.
Later, the team’s assistant coach raised a toast for the team for being optimistic despite being hit by bad luck. He was also proud of Baek-du for securing fifth place in the matchmaking competition. Jin-su also congratulated him, leading to the beginning of their friendship. Later that night, Baek-du drank a glass of beer; because of his low tolerance level, he got drunk quickly and rushed to see Du-sik. He started calling her, forcing her to take him to a more secluded place. While they talked, Baek-du lost control and kissed her, making things problematic between them.
