The fourth episode of And Just Like That is titled “Some Of My Best Friends.” Carrie will continue to deal with John’s death. However, she has decided to sell her Fifth Avenue Apartment. She feels that the house is haunted and wants to move back to her old place. Moreover, Carrie will meet some social media podcasters to get more audience for her podcasts. The experts will suggest she increase her social media following after John’s death.
Meanwhile, Miranda’s complicated marriage life and Charlotte’s overprotectiveness about her kids will also be in focus. Rose is suffering from her gender identity crisis, and Charlotte is scared of how his daughter would turn out to be in And Just Like That Episode 4. Also, Miranda’s kids Brady and Luisa will discover that their mom has been smoking weed.

The previous episode was set a few weeks after John’s death. Carrie struggled to cope up but she restarted her podcast. However, she was shocked to know that John had left his ex-wife Natasha, a million dollars in his will. Carrie suspected that John might have been having an affair with Natasha just before his death.
So, Carrie tried to meet Natasha, but she avoided it. Eventually, Carrie managed to get to her. Natasha revealed that she did not meet John after their divorce. She also acknowledged that John loved Carrie a lot. Natasha then decided not to take John’s inheritance. But Carrie insisted that John intended the money to be an apology for marrying her.
Meanwhile, in And Just Like That Episode 3, Standford confronted Charlotte about never accepting her into the girls’ inner circle. Moreover, Anthony comforted Charlotte after Rose revealed that she did not feel like a girl. Later on, Charlotte told Carrie about the miniature liquor bottles she found in Miranda’s backpack. Miranda also admitted that Steve and she have an amiable marriage without sex.
Eventually, Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte attended Che’s comedy show. Miranda was inspired by Che’s part about making personal changes in life. Thus, she returned to the club and sought Che. Also, Carrie crashed into her old apartment instead of going to Fifth Avenue Residence in And Just Like That Episode 3.
