Snowdrop Ep 8: Wil So-ho And Others Make Out Alive From The Dorm? Know What’s Next

It seems like the North Korean spies have been disowned by their country in Snowdrop Ep 8. They will be receiving unresourceful instructions from their leaders. Snowdrop Ep 8 Precap: What Will Happen?

It seems like Soo-ho’s chances of getting out of the dorm situation are thinning with time. He will begin to suspect the orders coming from the North Korean realize. Soon, he may come to the realization that his country’s leader has sold him out. Being left to die in the hands of their enemies. The two nations would be focusing on keeping their million-dollar deal while Eun and Lim will struggle to protect the lives of their loved ones in Snowdrop Ep 8.

A Quick Recap!

In the previous episode, Soo-ho revealed that Young-ro was the daughter of the ANSP Director. He announced that she wouldn’t be released along with other hostages and told her that she was just a human shield for him. Moreover, Dr. Kang told Soo-ho that the building had been wiretapped and the SWAT team was working on an ambush plan. Soo-ho allowed the doctor to help Lee Gang-mu, who needed medical attention to return the favor. 

However, Fyeok-chan refused to believe the doctor, as South Koreans could not be trusted. Using the bug for communication, Soo-ho asked Gang-mu to ask his team to retrieve the bomb they had placed in the building. He threatened to kill Young-ro and that the Director would never find his daughter. 

Meanwhile, Nam Tae-il had a plan to handle Soo-ho. He released the hostages. However, the news about Professor Han’s abduction spread all across the news. The Director’s wife suggested publicizing a hostage situation to negotiate a bargain. Nam Tae-il agreed to the advice and thought the idea could also fade the news about Han away.

North Korea Gives Up On Their Spies For Money!

Director Eun contacted that North Korean Leader Lim Ji-rok and ordered Tae-il to withdraw the ambush plan. Eun offered 300 million won to give up on their three agents. However, Lim disagreed and threatened war if the agents did not return safely. Lim found out that Commander Choi was acting on her own. Soon after, the assistant called Director Eun to proceed with the killing and stay in touch with her. 

Further, Gyeok-chan discovered a gun and hit Dr. Kang with a rifle. He took Young-ro as his shield. Soo-ho jumped on Gyeom-chan, and a fight ensued. Unfortunately, the gun fell down, and Young-ro picked it up. She pointed the gun at them. Young-ro found the airplane letter she had written for Soo-ho. He took the paper and placed her against the window. 

Further, Soo-ho struck a deal with an agent to stop the ambush, unaware that it had been canceled. They used the bug to reveal that Soo-ho would start killing a hostage every ten minutes starting from Young-ro. Director Eun was devastated by hearing the threat, after which Soo-ho silenced the bug. The ambush was stopped as the Director could not risk the death of his daughter.

Meanwhile, Soo-ho asked Young-ro to eat, but she taunted him by saying she was just a human shield. Eventually, the news about her brother’s death on TV shifted the blame to Soo-ho. His photo and the news about the hostage situation at the Hosu University were released to the public in Snowdrop Ep 7.

JTBC will air the eighth episode of Snowdrop on January 8, 2022. The network airs two new episodes weekly on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 p.m. KST.
