Billions Season 6 Episode 4 Preview: What Will Happen?
The fourth episode of Billions Season 6 is titled “Burn Rate.” Prince will need some assistance from Wendy to deal with the political headwinds against the Olympic Games. Thus, Wendy will take Scooter and Wags’ help to work together and ensure the conformity of the games. Elsewhere, Taylor will be chasing a holy grail play while Sacker would have to make a huge decision in the upcoming episode. Chuck will use the political wind to get back on Prince.

In the previous episode, Ben Kim called Bonnie and Tuk into the office after midnight. He wanted the meeting to be a secret from Mike Prince. However, Prince’s phone showed alerts every time an employee swiped their card at the office during the night. Kim revealed that she went out for drinks with her old friend Mafee. He revealed that his company High Plains Management partnered up with Dollar Bill to lock up the Olympics real estate deals. The move meant Prince’s idea of bringing the Olympics to New York was in jeopardy. Soon after, Prince found out what was going on.
Prince decided to sell some land in order to throw the potential buyers out of the bidding game. Elsewhere, Chuck Sr. found out that some shell companies were bidding on public lands. He informed Chuck because he wanted to use the same tactic and did not want anyone else to do it. Prince and Chuck then realized that former Secretary of the Treasury Todd Krakow was leading a SPAC to buy the land and build an Olympics stadium to secure the arrival of the Olympic 2028 in New York.
Further, in Billions Season 6 Episode 3, Chuck wanted to teach Prince a lesson. So, he decided to make a deal with Krakow and support him. Chuck offered to let Krakow buy the land if Chuck ran the infrastructure to ensure that the stadium and the housing would be used for the city’s most vulnerable people after the Olympics. Chuck felt that he cemented his position as a man of the people and beat Prince.
Prince Keeps His Olympic Dream Alive
Prince was not ready to give up. So, he offered the Mayor to join him on his Olympic bid, which would help her become the most popular politician in America. Prince assured the Mayor that he would do things the right way and build a stadium outside Manhattan. He promised that the housing would be state-of-the-art athlete’s quarters and would be converted to the best affordable housing for the people.
The Mayor used bureaucratic regulations to jeopardize Krakow’s land deal. Soon after, Prince swooped in to make a deal with Krakow. With investors bailing out of the land deal, Krakow had no choice but to partner up with Prince. Hence, Prince managed to keep his dream alive while Chuck was furious about it in Billions Season 6 Episode 3.
