Hightown Season 2

Announcing the renewal of the series, Kathryn Busby, the President of Original Programming for Starz, stated, “Hightown is such an incredible show. And we could not be happier that it’s been renewed for a third season.” He added, “We are excited to return to Cape Cod to see our iconic characters battle their past mistakes. As well as new foes in the dangerous underworld that lies beneath this idyllic setting.”

However, even though the third season has been announced, we do not have any details about when the production for the third season will begin. But if we have to assume, our guess is Hightown Season 3 can release around early 2023. Till then, rewatching the first two seasons seems like the right thing to do.

What Might Happen In Hightown Season 3?

The second season depicted Jackie trying to take revenge on the people who killed Junior and affirm herself as a capable police officer alongside her new associate Leslie. However, a new drug called Great White starts appearing on the streets, jeopardizing all her efforts to bring normalcy to the town.

At the same time, Ray is doing everything he can to find his way back into the police force despite his troubles. However, Daisy and Jorge died in an unexpected turn of events. Near the conclusion of the second season, the authorities arrested Charmaine. Furthermore, the discovery of the hidden bodies by the investigation team results in Frankie’s detention.

When the series returns with Hightown Season 3, it will deal with the aftermaths of the events of the second season. Because of Jackie and Alan’s high-intensity attempts to keep the town clean following Jorge’s demise, it’ll not be easy for Frankie to keep his drug empire running. He might need a new strategy. However, Jackie and Alan will also put everything they’ve got in this fight. Hightown Season 3 might also delve a little deeper into Ray’s life. And it will be interesting to see what new threats Frank poses to Ray and Renee in the third installment of the series.
