Although the future of the show remained in limbo, it gained popularity in Russia. So in January 2022, Stellify Media shared the news about the show’s Russian adaptation. However, Sony Pictures Television distributed the show instead of Netflix and aired it on Russian broadcaster STS. Surprisingly, the Russian audience liked the show a lot and it gained a positive response there. But is it mean Netflix parting its way? 

Flinch Season 2: What Will Happen If It Returns?

As of now, the streaming platform has yet to announce the future of the show. However, if the show returns for the second run, we expect it to follow the same pattern. Eight contestants will participate in complex yet hilarious tasks. However, contestants must prepare themselves to avoid being distracted by mice, airhorns, flamethrowers, and electrocution.

It is a result of occasional sexual interaction between marine fishermen and sirens.

Netflix ordered the first season of Tidelands back in May 2017. It later brought the international rights of many Australian shows. The show took almost a year to appear on the screen. But, it’s almost been five years, and Netflix hasn’t revealed the fate of the show. Typically the giant streaming platform announces the future of the show within a few months. But the streamer has neither renewed the show nor canceled it. The future remains in limbo. Soon The Washington Post listed the show on its limbo list.

Thus it remains unclear when the streamer will announce the future of the show. However, it seems like Netflix has secretly canceled the show. This is because neither the series showrunner nor the cast talked about the potential season two. Perhaps they aren’t allowed to make any revelation or announcement. Is this the end of Tidelands? Well, it looks like, though.

Tidelands Social Media Shared A Post

Well, the official social media account of Tidelands posted a conflicting post back in January 2019. It reads, “I’m worried about me. When’s it (Tidelands Season 2) going to happen?” But soon after this post, social media have fallen silent. Many shows face this silent cancelation, and it seems like Tidelands is among them. In fact, the cast members stayed tight-lipped about the next season. However, they kept posting old behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram.

Is Dodge Dead?

Dodge was the main villain of Locke & Key seasons 1 and 2. This demon was unwittingly allowed into this world by the original Keepers of the Keys. Elle summoned him as an Echo in the present day. In Locke & Key season 2, we saw Tyler use the Alpha Key on Dodge, separating the demon from its host and thereby freeing Lucas.

Although the process of liberating a demon-possessed host is fatal to ordinary humans. Lucas was just an Echo and therefore survived the experience. This presumably means Dodge has been destroyed, but it’s important to remember Dodge is an echo as well; demons may not normally be able to survive in this world without hosts, but that may not still hold true for Dodge.

Locke & Key Season 3: Release Date

The second season of Locke & Key premiered on October 20, 2021. On the other hand, as far as Locke & Key Season 2 is concerned, fans of the show already know the show was renewed by Netflix a while ago. The program was renewed for a second and third season, allowing creator Carlton Cuse to develop a larger story arc.

So if the show returns for the third run, it will revolve around Dario and his lifestyle. Although Alma managed to escape from Dario, he might find a way to catch her and take revenge. But the chances of the third run are quite low.

Well, it doesn’t seem like the show will continue with Dario’s escape story arc. However, the show has massive popularity, and if the giant streamer receives demands for new episodes, then the showrunners might return with Dark Desire.
