Glow is an American sports comedy-drama TV series. Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch created this show for Netflix. The debut installment of the show came out on June 23, 2017. After a great response, the makers renewed it for further installments. The second and third seasons were released in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Next in September 2019, Netflix renewed the series for the fourth and the final season but reversed it in October 2020.

Glow Season 4: Renewal Status!

As mentioned above, the streaming giant canceled the final run of the series after renewing it. Netflix revealed that they took this decision because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially, the coronavirus delayed the production of the series. The cast and crew already shot the first episode before Netflix canceled Glow Season 4.

Meanwhile, the makers of the series thought that there were a lot more important things in the world to handle than wrestling. The fourth season was about to provide the proper conclusion to the series. But Netflix decided not to complete it. As a result, gorgeous ladies of wrestling left the fans in the middle of their personal and professional lives struggles. 

Is There Any Hope?

The sudden arrival of the Coronavirus pandemic halted the production of the final season. When the hiatus came, the cast and crew were filming the second episode. Unfortunately, the makers weren’t able to start the production again as it would be impossible to maintain the Covid-19 protocols due to the wrestling and heavily breathing involvements. Also, the cast of Glow Season 4 was pretty huge, and the arrival of the pandemic increased its production cost as well.

It looks like Netflix didn’t find the final season worth investing in, and they eventually cancel it in October 2020. The main reason behind this cancelation was Glow being a physically intimate and high-cost series. Later, Sunita Mani sent a letter to Netflix, which she uploaded on her social media as well. In the letter, she shared her thoughts about the cancelation of the series. In the caption, she also stated that this letter was not to save Glow, but it has some personal stuff that everyone wants to share.

Glow Season 4: Release Date

The chances for Glow Season 4 to happen are very less until and unless the streaming giant reverses its decision again. Everyone accepted the fate of the series now, but if Netflix decides to conclude its storyline in the near future, then Glow Season 4 might come out in 2023 or 2024.

But it seems like the producers hit their stop limit, and they’re not interested in investing more money in this historical drama. Therefore, the fans should accept that their favorite drama will not return for another run. 

Cindy Holland’s Statement!

The vice president of Netflix’s original content Cindy Holland released a statement after the cancelation of Marco Polo Season 3. In this statement, she expressed her gratitude to the people who were involved in this show.

Cindy stated, “We like to thank and are grateful to our allies on Marco Polo from the artists, whose performances were brilliant and top-notch; to the dedicated producers, including Dan Minahan, John Fusco, Patrick Macmanus, and their crew. They poured their hearts into the show, and of course Harvey, David, and our friends at The Weinstein Company, who were great partners from start to finish.” 

Marco Polo Season 3: Release Date

As previously mentioned, the probability of this historical drama returning is almost zero. And it is very unlikely for Netflix or any other production to pick up this show, especially after the great loss caused by its first two seasons. However, if some miracle happens and they decide to renew Marco Polo Season 3, then it might premiere by the end of 2023.

As the pilot episode “A Kiss Is Still A Kiss” teased, Abby will scrutinize her future with Trace. After that, however, things would change in a way that she hasn’t imagined before. Meanwhile, David’s parents present a legal document to Jess soon after vowing they wed in Chesapeake Shores.

However, the legal document will put her on edge. On the other hand, shortly after Bree returns from London, she will receive a fascinating job offer. But unaware of the fact that this job could reconcile Bree with her high school nemesis. Elsewhere, unbeknownst to Connor, the law firm he’s working for would present a client who could soon become the reason for a major conflict in the O’Brien family.

New Phase Will Explore

The executive producer Phoef Sutton, who last year boarded the series, said that everyone in the show will now explore a new phase in their lives. Kevin and Sarah are married now while Connor is entering a new law firm. Meanwhile, Bree had a great play in London, and Megan and Mike will begin reconciling with their relationship.

Besides, Meghan Ory as Abby O’Brien-Winters will return with Barbara Niven as Megan and Laci J. Mailey as Jess O’Brien. FX chief John Landgraf recently unveiled that they had already concluded production on the third season. During the virtual Television Critics Association on Friday, John cited that filming for the third run recently wrapped up in Europe. It took four months to shoot, but post-production is a lengthy process. Currently, the team is working on the post-production, which will require more months to finish.

Season 4 Filming Is Underway

While the creative team is still working on the third season post-production, John confirmed that the writers had already written the scripts for the fourth run. He added that both seasons have incredible scripts, and he utterly adores those scripts. As of now, it’s unclear whether or not filming has begun. But Donald Glover and Hiro Murai have been busy in the process of producing the fourth season. So even the team has already moved to Atlanta to start filming the fourth run.

Atlanta Season 3: What To Expect From The Next Run?

In the last season finale, Earn and Al, along with rapper Clark County headed to Europe for a tour. So, the third season will pick it from there where the trio still engages in their Europe tour. However, in the 2018 panel, Glover teased that the Kanye West album will loosely inspire the third season. Glover said he feels like season 3 is quite more similar to Kanye’s Graduation. Meanwhile, one of the chief writers, Stephen Glover, confirmed that Zazie Beetz would play a prominent role by exploring more of the Atlanta woman’s perspective.

After a considerable two and more years break, FX chief John confirmed that Atlanta Season 3 would return in the first half of 2022. Well, nothing is confirmed to date. However, the network president teased that the next run perhaps air within a couple of months. John added the exact air date would unveil soon. Back in 2019, Netflix surprised its fans by announcing that Grace And Frankie will return with the seventh and the final season. However, the streaming giant has recently come up with another surprising news that the hit comedy series is available to stream now. Netflix said in a statement that it’d been almost a year and a half and all they could do is bring Grace and Frankie duo into their lives now.

Soon, stars Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda announced yesterday in a hilarious video that the first four episodes are now available to stream on Netflix. However, it’s not the end as they have plenty more stories to tell. As Fonda added, there is plenty more left to explore in the seventh season. Grace And Frankie Season 7: When Will Production Wrap Up?

As of now, the filming is yet to conclude. The production on the final run began as soon as the sixth season dropped on Netflix. Filming, in fact, started on January 27, 2020, but the surge of the COVID-19 halted their plans. Soon in April 2020, the star cast returned for the table read to support Meal on Wheels. Since then, they hadn’t released any news regarding the production.

But fortunately, Jane’s blog teased that filming resumed on June 21, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. However, it will most likely wrap by the end of October 2021. Moreover, the last season will be the extended season of the series. Well, the past seasons have had 13 episodes, but it isn’t the case with the seventh run. As Netflix has already confirmed, season 7 will have 16 episodes making Grace And Frankie the longest series on the platform with a total episode count of 94.

No doubt, the titular characters will return for the last time. Jane Fonda as Grace Hanson and Lily Tomlin as Frances “Frankie” Bergstein will return. What We Do in the Shadows is an American horror comedy mockumentary TV series. Jemaine Clement created the show for FX. It is an adaptation of a film of the same name. He said, “Well, without revealing too much. Yes, obviously, the second season concluded with not only Guillermo killing a lot of important vampires, but the vampires he exists with. Our main characters now, understanding that he’s already a secluded vampire slayer, and now they know about it, and yeah, we pick up very directly.” Simms also teased that the household will get a hellhound to defend it. It is indicating that the return of the Vampire Council is inevitable, and they will come again and knock on their door sooner or later.

Unfortunately, unlike Sense8, which got a chance to conclude the show through a 2-hour movie, Netflix won’t do the same with The OA. As per the reports, the series creator Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij weren’t interested in wrapping up the series finale in a short film. Well, the series has a lot to share, and the movie wouldn’t grant them the apt time to wrap any story arcs the way they wanted. However, the film could be a great way to conclude everything.
